With a focus on innovation and team development, they offer a professional environment where technicians can build long-term careers and advance their skills.What You ll Be DoingInstall and service access control systems including card readers, door hardware, control panels, and integrated devicesRun, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling for access control and security systemsInterpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts for accurate installationsTroubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable performanceWork alongside Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers to meet project goalsSupport and guide Helpers and Level I Technicians on job sitesMaintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installationsWhat We re Looking For2 4 years of commercial access control installation experienceHands-on experience with card readers, mag locks, strikes, and related hardwareStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of low-voltage cabling and installation best practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsTeam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadershipCareer Growth OpportunitiesTradeSTAR partners with professionals across all levels from Helpers and entry-level Technicians to Level I, II, and III Technicians, Lead Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers .
