Quality Assurance Manager

An ideal candidate will be familiar with TS-16949 and / or ISO-9000. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations - Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems - Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes - Participate in project management activities related to quality assurance initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes - Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles - Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies - Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement - Experience in fabricating, testing, or analyzing products is - Excellent project management skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including: - Health insurance coverage - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Paid time off and holidays If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring product quality and compliance, we would love to hear from you.
