Toddler Lead Teacher (1-2 Year Olds)
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the academic and social-emotional growth and development of all children in their care in an environment where Christian values are integrated and demonstrated. Lead Teachers are also responsible for assuring compliance with codes of all State and local governing contracting agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Lead Teacher shall be responsible for the planning and implementation of the approved curriculum. This will include but is not limited to:
Preparing written lesson plans weekly in advance.
Having supplies ready as needed for the week.
Arranging the physical environment of the classroom
Maintaining a Christian format and atmosphere in the classroom.
Attend all training opportunities provided for Central Child-Development Center and all staff meetings called by the director.
Must be a professing Christian and an active mender in a local church.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have, or be working towards, NC Early Childhood teaching credentials
Ability to relate positively to young children, parents, and staff.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
