This position requires strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering exceptional service to company executives and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFlight Operations: Assist the flight crew with all aspects of flight preparation, including route planning, weather and performance analysis, weight and balance, and ATC coordination.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all FAA and company safety procedures, participate in safety briefings, and contribute to a proactive safety culture.Crew Collaboration: Coordinate closely with department leadership, fellow crew members, maintenance personnel, and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations and timely departures.Passenger Experience: Support the Operation in maintaining a professional cabin environment and delivering an exceptional experience for company leadership and passengers.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, simulator sessions, and recurrent programs to maintain proficiency and current knowledge of company procedures and industry best practices.
