Maintenance TechnicianPosition DetailsEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: 1st ShiftHours: Monday – Friday, 7:45am to 4:15pmWhat You’ll DoAssist in keeping Production, HVAC, facility equipment and infrastructure in good working order.Detect and assist in correcting errors before the machine, or the products it produces, are damaged.Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to communicate and document work performed on equipment.Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.Work a flexible schedule, including overtime, as needed based on production demands.Adhere to and communicate to others the Health, Safety and Quality policies, including use of PPE.Required QualificationsA High School or Vo-Tech School graduate or equivalent. Proficient in basic computer use – able to quickly learn and efficiently use new systems.Reliable with good attendance record. Safely operate and use standard shop equipment.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of and/or previous experience in a manufacturing environment.Certification: Technical certification in maintenance or working towards mechanic, electrical, or other equipment related discipline.
