Relationship Advisor | Fort Washington, PA A well-established, holistic financial planning firm with $650M+ in AUM is hiring a Relationship Advisor to support continued growth across key markets. This partnership-focused role is centered on servicing and deepening relationships with existing clients while working closely alongside seasoned advisors in a collaborative, client-first environment. Service Advisors benefit from a strong marketing engine and best-in-class technology-with no prospecting required. All new client opportunities are generated through highly successful workshops and webinar programs, attracting high-net-worth individuals and families.The firm delivers comprehensive services, including retirement income planning, advanced tax strategies, legacy and estate planning, insurance optimization, and investment and portfolio risk management.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of client assets, liabilities, income, goals, and risk tolerance to develop customized retirement, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategiesDevelop, recommend, and manage diversified investment portfolios (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and other vehicles) aligned with client objectives and market conditionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular portfolio reviews, and ongoing plan adjustments based on life events or changing goalsIdentify and pursue business development opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to grow client base and assets under management (AUM)Ensure all client activities, recommendations, and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies (e.g., SEC, FCA, firm standards)Requirements:Bachelor's degree requiredSeries 65 and Life/Health insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe upon hire)CFP, CFA, CPA, EA or MST designation preferredProficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney), CRM systems, and advanced Excel for financial modeling and forecastingStrong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skillsAbility to translate complex financial concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
