Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: 100% RemoteSalary Range: $135k/year + benefitsWork Authorization: USC or GCMust Have:Infrastructure project management across servers, networking, and end-user computingCloud migration and data center or server decommissioningActive Directory, user provisioning, and email systemsTelecom and network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and access pointsEnterprise onboarding and system integrationProject tracking, reporting, and governanceResponsibilities:Lead infrastructure workstreams during company integrations and acquisitionsManage projects across servers, cloud migration, networking, telecom, and end-user computingTrack infrastructure tasks tied to migrations, decommissioning, onboarding, and standardizationCoordinate user onboarding including account setup, device readiness, and system accessDrive telecom and network alignment across acquired entities to match enterprise standardsMaintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reportingProvide regular updates to executive stakeholders and integration leadershipTrack one-time integration costs and ongoing savings tied to infrastructure initiativesPartner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams to keep delivery on trackEnsure all infrastructure efforts align with enterprise architecture and operational standardsQualifications:5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructureStrong experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs or enterprise IT projectsSolid understanding of servers, networking, cloud environments, end-user computing, and email systemsExperience leading system integration, onboarding, or acquisition-related IT initiativesAbility to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups at the same timeExperience building executive-level reporting and presenting program status to senior leadershipNice to Have:Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration programsPrior background in infrastructure engineering, systems, or network administrationExposure to cost tracking, budgeting, or financial estimation for infrastructure projects
