Claims Auditor

The OpportunityThe Healthcare Claims Auditor will be responsible for creating and maintaining audit procedures, auditing internal company departments, claims, payments, and statements. The Healthcare Claims Auditor serves clients, employers and members. This individual will collaborate with all departments to increase revenue and decrease expenses.What You’ll DoConduct Claims and Statement auditsProvide audit results for Senior Management Audit a percentage of third-party administrator claims and provide feedbackProvide feedback to Management and Staff regarding auditing resultsWork with department heads to create and develop company audit procedures for all business unitsCreate audit procedures for medical/dental claimsOther projects assignedQualificationsWhat we expect from youBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years claims processing experienceDetail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeTraining/Auditing experience preferredAbility to provide constructive feedback on resultsSoftware: Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and the Ability to learn new systemsWe make healthcare EZ!Additional Opportunity Details:Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $22.00-25.00/hr.* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
