Forklift Operator / Lot Attendant

Responsibilities: - Maintain the organization and cleanliness of THREE lots in the Nashville area - Assist customers with locating and retrieving their vehicles - Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders to move vehicles as needed - Utilize warehouse management systems to track vehicle locations and inventory - Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance as needed - Assure lots are secure Requirements: - Previous experience in equipment repair and heavy equipment operation preferred - Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and hi-lo machines - Proficient in materials handling techniques and practices - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and customer service skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
