MA Licensed Mental Health Counselor (1099)

As a small private practice, I'm looking to expand services and hire contracted licensed clinicians (LMHC and LICSW) to join my practice, Living Solution Focused. The position is currently fully remote with future opportunities for an office space if interested. You will be fully in charge of your schedule, what clients you wish to work with and managing your documentation. The practice will provide marketing, the telehealth platform, therapy database, credentialing and billing services for all of your clients under Living Solution Focused. The goal is to provide a supportive, friendly, knowledgable space for clinicians to do what you do best without the hassle of managing private practice business services, all while making a good income. Job Summary: The Licensed Mental Health Clinician position involves providing support and care to individuals, families, and/or couples with mental health concerns. The role requires assisting in therapeutic activities and ensuring the well-being of clients. Duties: - Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth - Maintain accurate medical records and timely documentation - Communicate any needs, concerns or questions with the team as they come up Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Empathy and compassion towards individuals with mental health challenges - Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions - Ability to work effectively in a solo, remote setting - Understanding of mental health disorders and their impact on individuals' lives Compensation: You are in charge of whether you work full or part-time hours. For full-time hours (ranging from 26-40 billable hours a week), the annual salary range is $70,000-$100,000. For part-time hours (10-25 billable hours a week), the annual salary range is $52,000-$65,000.
