Vui Ve is looking for Server/Wait Staff to join our Front of House team. We are located at 319 E 2nd St #205, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Learn more about us on Instagram, @vuive.eats! *** Position is available for part-time on weekdays. Schedule is routined weekly and does not change. *** *** No experience needed. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, a self-starter, and hard-worker.*** RESPONSIBILITIES Take orders from customers Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities, and food substitutions Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints Process customer payments Provide welcoming phone greeting and following Guest ordering procedures Serve beverages and deliver food to customers, including accompaniments and condiments from service bars Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating Clean tables and chairs after customers have finished their meals Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and health control policies Keep kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Perform basic tasks as needed or directed by supervisor Fill in for absent staff as needed Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently QUALIFICATIONS Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Strong organizational skills We are looking forward to receiving your application.
