Job TitleHR Program Analyst – Enterprise Performance ManagementContract DetailsContract Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: Hybrid (Headquarters-based) with flexibility for remote work as neededExperience Required: 5–10 YearsPosition Summary:The organization is seeking an experienced HR Program Analyst to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on executing the annual Q4 performance management cycle. This role will support end-to-end program execution, analyze performance data and trends, enhance reporting capabilities, optimize performance management technology, and contribute to continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with HR program management expertise to help deliver an efficient, data-driven enterprise performance management process.Key Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end execution of the enterprise-wide Q4 performance management cycle, including planning, coordination, tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder support.Analyze performance ratings, trends, and distributions across business units, job levels, and organizational functions to generate actionable business insights.Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify performance trends, risks, calibration outcomes, and opportunities for organizational improvement.Support performance management platforms, reporting tools, dashboards, and forms, including troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, datasets, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.Assist in documenting and improving enterprise performance management processes and scalable operating procedures.Respond to stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and readiness activities throughout the performance management cycle.Support the development of leadership communications, training materials, and enablement resources.Required Qualifications:5–10 years of experience in HR Program Analysis, Performance Management, HR Operations, Talent Management, or related disciplines.Strong analytical experience interpreting HR or performance management data and identifying actionable trends.Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms such as Excel, Power BI, or similar technologies.Experience supporting enterprise-wide HR programs or annual performance management cycles.Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a meaningful way.Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.Preferred Skills:Enterprise Performance ManagementHR AnalyticsPerformance Rating AnalysisTalent ManagementHR Reporting & DashboardsPower BIAdvanced Microsoft ExcelData VisualizationProcess ImprovementStakeholder ManagementExecutive ReportingPerformance Management SystemsCross-functional CollaborationTraining & CommunicationsContinuous ImprovementBusiness ImpactThis role is critical to ensuring:Successful and timely execution of the enterprise Q4 performance management cycle.Delivery of meaningful performance insights that support leadership decision-making.Continued enhancement of HR processes, reporting capabilities, and performance management technologies.Improved operational efficiency through automation, documentation, and scalable process improvements.Strong partnership across HR, leadership, and business stakeholders to drive organizational performance and employee development.
