We partner closely with advisors and family offices to provide clarity, confidence, and long-term alignment for investors across alternative investment strategies.As we scale, we are building a best-class middle office that connects investment operations, investor relations, and distribution partners into one cohesive system.Role OverviewThe Head of Investor Relations & Middle Office Operations is a senior, systems-focused leadership role responsible for owning and operating Noble Capital's middle office. This position serves as the central hub between the investment team (back office), investor relationships (middle office), and advisory partners (front office).This is not a support or administrative role. It is an ownership role that requires structure, judgment, and operational leadership.You will be responsible for ensuring investor communications are clear, consistent, and trusted, investment products are translated into investor-ready messaging, and referral opportunities are identified and routed effectively to advisory partners.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations & ExperienceOwn the end-to-end investor communication and servicing experienceEnsure timely, consistent, and accurate communication related to:Redemptions and liquidityLegacy fund transitionsOngoing investor updates and inquiriesPartner with back-office teams to resolve investor requests and escalationsMaintain visibility into investor sentiment and service qualityMiddle Office Operations & Systems OwnershipOwn and maintain the firm's investor engagement and pipeline systemEnsure all meetings, interactions, and follow-ups are properly documented and trackedEnforce data accuracy, process discipline, and clear outcomes across the pipelinePartner with internal teams to improve workflow, reporting, and visibilityProduct Translation & MessagingTranslate investment team outputs into clear, investor-ready materialsDevelop and maintain standardized:Fund summariesInvestor updatesOpportunity descriptionsWork closely with investments, operations, marketing, and advisory teams to ensure message consistencyEnsure complex investment concepts are communicated in a clear, professional mannerAdvisor & Referral CoordinationIdentify investor opportunities appropriate for advisory referralsEnsure referrals are documented, assigned, and successfully transitionedMaintain clean handoffs between Noble Capital and advisory partnersTrack outcomes and ensure accountability across the referral processCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with:Investment teamOperations and accountingMarketing and platform partnersAdvisory and front-office leadershipAct as a central point of coordination that brings clarity and structure across teamsWhat This Role OwnsInvestor experience and communication standardsMiddle office systems, pipelines, and reportingProduct clarity and investor-facing materialsReferral tracking and process disciplineWhat This Role Does Not OwnInvestment decision-makingClosing advisory businessCreative marketing executionQualificationsRequired7–12+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Investor RelationsPrivate equity, real estate, or alternative investmentsFinancial services operations or platform leadershipExperience working across investors, advisors, and investment teamsStrong ability to bring structure to complex or fast-growing environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience with fund structures and investor communicationsCRM or pipeline management experience (Zoho or similar)Background spanning both servicing and business development environmentsPersonal AttributesOperationally minded, detail-oriented leaderSystems thinker who values discipline and clarityComfortable owning processes and holding standardsProactive, accountable, and solutions-focusedWhat Success Looks LikeInvestors consistently receive clear, timely, and trusted communicationMiddle office operations run with discipline, visibility, and accountabilityInvestment products are easy to understand and confidently presentedReferral opportunities are captured, tracked, and executed reliablyNo investor issue or opportunity falls through the cracksWhy This Role MattersThis position is a critical control point in Noble Capital's growth.
