Business Data Architect, MDM Advisor, Database (Remote, US Based)CMK Resources is seeking a Business Data Architect, MDM Advisor to support a leading storage company as part of a large-scale transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in a migration from KeyedIn to ServiceNow, with a strong focus on aligning business needs with scalable, well-structured data architecture. Hands-on experience implementing or supporting migrations to ServiceNow is required.This is a fully remote position with up to 25% travel.In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that Customer Experience, CX, requirements are properly reflected in the underlying ServiceNow data model. You will partner with architecture and solution teams to design and maintain a consistent, cohesive architecture that integrates cleanly with the Customer Service Management, CSM, framework.What you will be doing:Align CX business requirements with ServiceNow data model design to ensure accuracy and usabilityAdvise on master data management, MDM, strategies to support consistency across systemsPartner with architecture and solution teams to ensure seamless integration across platformsDrive data standardization and governance to reduce complexity and improve data qualitySupport the design of scalable database structures that enhance reporting and operational efficiencyContribute to architectural planning efforts tied to the Advanced Services Modernization initiativeIdentify opportunities to improve system interoperability and streamline data flows What we are looking for:Strong experience as a Data Architect or MDM Advisor in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience implementing or supporting migrations to ServiceNow (required)Experience working with ServiceNow data models, ideally within CSM or related modulesProven background in master data management, data governance, and database designAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong collaboration skills and experience working closely with solution architects and business stakeholders This is a high-impact role supporting a major modernization effort, with visibility across both business and technical teams.
