LEAD MAINTENANCE

Job Description We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the maintenance activities on behalf of property owners.SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing skilled and unskilled maintenance tasks to maintain and improve property function for clients.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs carpentry, electrical, basic plumbing, and installation of appliances and fixtures in propertyReceives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisorPaints interior and exterior walls and trimRepairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concreteOperates pressure wash equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalksMaintains and repairs buildings' plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fusesInstalls light fixtures and power supply outletsMaintains and repairs wood parts of buildingsReplaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mowerAssists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing suppliesPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job will have a team who they are leading on a daily basis.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMake ready experience, preferredOTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
