Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Summary:The Warehouse Operations Associate I monitors stock levels and maintains through purchasing proper Days of Supply, DOS, inventory levels to support laboratory requirements. Receives inbound materials and is responsible for proper stock placement and organization. Picks, packs, and ships outbound orders as needed. Operates in compliance with company policies, as well as applicable Federal and State regulations.Essential Responsibilities/Duties:Purchasing materials for demand requirementsReceive all deliveriesSort all specimen packages and deliver to the correct laboratory locationsIssues out inventory to laboratory departments as neededIdentify and quarantine defective products upon deliveryPack and ship outbound ordersAdheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and lawsQualifications:Education –High School diploma or equivalentCompetencies/Skills –Excellent communication skillsGood organization skillsDetail orientedExcellent Customer Service skillsAbility to adapt to changing environmentAbility to utilize inventory softwareProficient in Microsoft Office, including ExcelExperience –Previous experience with warehousing or laboratory-based inventoryPrevious experience using Microsoft DynamicsPrior experience in a medical inventory environment, preferred
