Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath automation solutions for a large-scale enterprise environment. This role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, guiding a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement robust RPA solutions using UiPath for complex business processes Lead the full automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers; enforce best practices and coding standards Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and executive stakeholders to align automation strategies with business goals Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimization strategies Administer and configure UiPath Orchestrator ; manage bot deployment and performance Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (GitHub) Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures Monitor automation KPIs and ensure SLAs are met Ensure compliance with security, governance, and risk mitigation standards Stay current with industry trends and emerging RPA technologies Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 15+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in software development 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade RPA development 5+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role for RPA projects Deep expertise in UiPath , including Orchestrator setup and administration Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, frameworks, and best practices Proficiency in API integration , web services, and writing complex SQL queries Programming experience in C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java Familiarity with AWS , CI/CD pipelines, and modern UI/UX frameworks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise application integration Background in full SDLC and agile methodologies Passion for automation and digital transformation Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Government Administration Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TriOptus by 2x Get notified about new Robotics Engineer jobs in Atlanta, GA .
