Reporting directly to the CEO you will lead transformational initiatives to:Meet growth and financial targetsImprove patient, provider and staff satisfactionDrive operational efficiencyMaintain the highest level of care, clinical expertise and appropriate coverage for all Cardiology servicesCreate a culture of continuous performance improvementEnsure an effective educational environment for students, residents and fellows.700 licensed beds in 1 tertiary-care and 2 acute-care hospitalsA strong focus on the development of innovative clinical care models, outreach and quality improvement with collaboration across the entire organization will be expected.
