Home » Jobs » Russian River Brewing Comapny - Maintenance, Facilities, & Utilities ManagerMaintenance, Facilities, & Utilities ManagerRussian River Brewing ComapnyApply for JobSummaryThis position partners closely with brewing, packaging, warehouse, laboratory, and hospitality leadership to support safe, uninterrupted operations across production, back-of-house, and front-of-house environments.What You Will DoLead and develop the maintenance and facilities team across multiple locationsEnsure reliable operation of utilities including steam, refrigeration, glycol, compressed air, water, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsSupport production equipment, kitchen systems, bar infrastructure, and guest-facing facility needsOversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtimeManage work order systems and maintenance planningMonitor equipment performance trends and implement long-term reliability solutionsOversee wastewater processes, environmental compliance, and hazardous waste practicesCoordinate facilities improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and vendor-supported projectsManage vendor relationships, service contracts, and departmental purchasingParticipate in production and operations meetings to align maintenance strategy with operational needsParticipate in and Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, conducting regular facility inspections, and proactively addressing hazards to maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.What We Are Looking For7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; hospitality or multi-site facility experience is a plus3+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilityExperience with CMMS systems and structured preventative maintenance programsKnowledge of GMP standards and industrial safety practices including LOTO and confined space proceduresAbility to lead teams, manage shifting priorities, and communicate effectively across departmentsHigh level of accountability, organization, and systems thinkingBrewery or beverage production experience is strongly preferred.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in both industrial production and active hospitality environments and requires regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Work may involve exposure to industrial noise, temperature fluctuations, steam, kitchen environments, wet floors, and pressurized systems. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support operational needs.Apply for Job
