Principal Trumpet (Full-Time, One Season/Possibly Permanent) - National Audition National Audition: Monday, November 9, 2026 (The Philharmonic reserves the right to add a second day of auditions on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, if needed) If a current member of the orchestra is awarded Principal Trumpet, the resulting vacancy may be offered as a one season/possibly permanent position. *Current CBA includes 2025-2026 30-week season Principal scale: $40.601.40 Full-time positions are eligible for health insurance and pension benefits *Current CBA expires at the end of August 2026 2026-27 rates and terms pending outcome of negotiations Audition repertoire will be posted soon.
