Transdev in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Scheduler. We are looking for a detailed-oriented professional with exceptional people skills who enjoys working independently. Must be adept at interacting professionally with various personalities and possess superior time management skills to meet required time constraints.
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus — Offer valid through 9/30/2026

Key Responsibilities:
Edit daily schedules, focusing on productivity, efficiency and practicality (for 175+ drivers daily)
Communicate effectively with other team members and tactfully handle difficult situations.
Demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning when scheduling overtime, covering open route schedules and processing time off requests while following the location Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) guidelines and expectations.
Collect, organize, and process Request for Time Off (RFTO) forms in accordance with company requirements and the CBA.
Collect, organize, and process overtime request forms.
Process and collect vacation board driver bid lines.
Assign Extra Board and Vacation Board drivers acting as Extra Board drivers according to seniority, operator submittals of forms, and available openings on posted schedule.
Mandate overtime according to company needs and in accordance with CBA requirements.
Post daily and weekly schedules
Meet deadlines for schedule posting requirements.
Assist and inform operators with various company request forms.
Successfully complete daily procedures with respect to nightly manifest production and report generation.
Find and correct scheduling discrepancies and other errors.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Knowledge of Denver Metro area.
Comfortable learning and using several different computer programs and using different technology (e.g. computers, printers, copiers, etc.).
Must be able to work flexible schedules as needed; possibly including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Must be comfortable working in a union environment. Understanding deadlines and union requirements is preferred, not required.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions- 1000% of the job is performed outside, work alone and/or remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
