Kit Assembler

Responsibilities: * Place components into appropriate final packaging, following oral or written direction from Line Lead, Team Lead or Supervisors * Fold and place labels on various shaped packages * Troubleshoot issues and report defects to supervisor (Line Lead, Team Lead or Supervisor) * Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor * Comply with all safety and health regulations * maintain cleanliness in work area * other duties as assigned by Supervisors Qualifications: * Must be detail-oriented * Understanding of production and plant processes * Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement * Good dexterity to manipulate and place labels/items as needed into appropriate positions * Ability to sort, segregate and count in numerical order * Ability to follow written and oral instructions * Ability to work in a team * Ability to lift moderate/heavy weights, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) 4% Match * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Leland, NC 28451 (Required) Work Location: In person
