Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Business Process Consultant to drive process improvement, optimization, and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and implementing efficient, scalable solutions aligned with business and technology goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead analysis and redesign of business processes and workflowsWork with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvementsDrive process standardization and optimization initiativesCollaborate with technical teams to align processes with system capabilitiesSupport change management and process adoptionDevelop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagramsEnsure compliance with state policies, standards, and regulationsRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in business process consulting / business analysisStrong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)Ability to translate business needs into practical solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in enterprise or government environmentsNice to HaveCertification in Lean Six Sigma / BPMExperience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systemsExposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives
