Staffing Manager - Talent Acquisition Support
What Impact You'll HaveYou will play a vital role in supporting GRVTY's Talent Acquisition team by managing the day-to-day administrative functions of our recruiting pipeline. As the connective tissue between our hiring team and our partner network, you will ensure requisitions are tracked, posted, and communicated on accurately and efficiently — keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly so we can place top talent on mission-critical programs.What You'll Be OwningMonitor and manage partner portals to track the status of open and closed requisitionsOpen new requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all postings are accurately reflected for GRVTYPost and manage job requisitions across relevant platforms on behalf of GRVTYServe as a primary point of contact for communication with prime and subcontractor partners regarding candidate status and updatesTrack candidate progress through the hiring pipeline and provide timely, accurate updates to the Talent Acquisition teamMaintain organized records of requisition activity, candidate communications, and partner correspondenceSupport the Talent Acquisition team with general administrative tasks as neededWhat You Must HaveBachelor's Degree Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance if requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail)Comfortable learning and navigating online portals and software platformsWhat Would Be Nice To HavePrior experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience working with government contracting partner portalsExposure to the defense, intelligence, or federal contracting spaceAdditional InformationNo prior experience required — we will train the right candidateThis is primarily an administrative role focused on organization, communication, and process supportWhy Choose GRVTYThe toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
