We start with cycling and outdoor sports, combining smart hardware, real-time interaction, and AI-driven guidance to help users train more safely, more scientifically, and with greater consistency.We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager based in Los Angeles to help drive our U.S. market growth. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully marketed smart consumer hardware or sports technology products, understands digital growth, and can execute across brand, content, community, and performance marketing.Cycling enthusiasts are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day U.S. marketing operations for product launch and growthPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, paid media, influencer outreach, email, and community partnershipsBuild and optimize user acquisition funnels for DTC growth, including landing pages, conversion flows, and retention programsWork closely with founders, product, and creative teams to shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market executionManage relationships with creators, athletes, cycling communities, and external partnersCoordinate launch content, campaign calendars, and channel operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platformsAnalyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel efficiency, and continuously improve ROISupport local activations, events, beta programs, and ambassador programs in the U.S. marketHelp build RyvFit’s brand presence in the cycling and broader outdoor sports spaceRequirements3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or marketing operationsProven success in marketing smart hardware, wearable devices, consumer electronics, sports technology products, or internet products with a hardware componentStrong hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid acquisition, social media operations, content strategy, and campaign executionExperience launching or scaling a DTC brand, consumer tech product, or sports hardware product in the U.S. marketStrong understanding of performance metrics, funnel optimization, and user growthExcellent communication and project management skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and execution intensityFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPassion for cycling, running, or outdoor sportsDeep familiarity with cycling communities, sports creators, or the U.S. outdoor/sports tech ecosystemExperience with Kickstarter, crowdfunding launches, Amazon, Shopify, or DTC growth is a strong plusExperience working with early-stage startups is preferredChinese language ability is a plus, but not requiredWhat You’ll BringStrong execution ability and a bias toward actionGood judgment on consumer messaging and brand storytellingA results-driven mindset with the ability to move from strategy to executionGenuine interest in sports, training, and building products users loveWhy Join UsBuild a new category at the intersection of AI, sports, and smart hardwareWork closely with the founding team on U.S. growth and market strategyOpportunity to shape an early-stage brand from the ground upHigh ownership and direct impact on product launch and business growthTo ApplyPlease send your resume and a short note describing:your most relevant experience marketing smart hardware or sports tech products, andany successful campaigns or product launches you have led.
