Flooring Repair Technician

Looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a full-time person responsible for warranty and repair work of various types of flooring.Must have previous experience installing/repairing flooring (Tile, EVP, Hardwood, Vinyl, LVT and/or Carpet).Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. If you have your own tools, that is a plus, but it is not required.Maintaining accurate documentation on all work performed is extremely important!!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Inspecting / Repairing damaged floors, showers, backsplashes and other installed surfacesInstallation of flooring materials, trim and baseKeeping up with daily time logs, notes and paperwork to be turned in weekly.Punctuality and a well-kept appearance is very important!Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.Time ManagementAbility to lift up to +/- 80lbsPaid gas and/ or mileageMust be able to articulate and communicate successfully with homeowners, builders, and professional staffMust be knowledgeable in the flooring industryThis is an hourly position with excellent benefits.
