Working closely with the local leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the facility's EHS program, minimizing safety risks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and implementing corporate initiatives. The Role: Develop, manage, and implement appropriate health and safety procedures in accordance with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements. Lead continual improvement of the EHS culture, manage OSHA training, and ensure compliance with various environmental permits. Prepare and coordinate all environmental permits, reports, and related requirements for the facility - Air, Hazwaste, Water. Participate in detailed incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective and preventive actions. The Candidate: 2+ years of environmentally focused EHS experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Aerospace experience is desired, but not required. B.S. in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related technical field preferred. Self-starter who is able to work autonomously Excellent communication skills and able to interface with employees at all levels of the organization
