We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Position: Salesforce FSL ArchitectLocation: RemoteType: ContractJob Description :This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, advanced architectural skills, and the ability to drive strategic discussions with senior stakeholders15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5–8 years as a Solution or Technical ArchitectProven experience with 3–4 end-to-end FSL implementationsStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and specifically FSLDeep expertise in Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ESO), including configuration of scheduling policies, service objectives, and resource priority settingsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architect to lead discovery and design sessions with clients, ensuring alignment of business processes and field service requirementsLead discovery and design workshops with client senior executives and chief architects to understand business processes and field service needsDefine optimal scheduling strategies by configuring and deploying complex scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives within Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ESO)Design and architect integrations with external systems (e.g., third-party mapping services) to support field service operationsProvide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring configurations and customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) adhere to architectural standards and FSL best practicesEnsure implemented solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for large data volumesWork hands-on with FSL configuration, including data models (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources), territories, and capacity-based resource planningWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
