We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor (Fabrication/Press/Sheet Metal) to oversee daily operations across our fabrication, machining, and press departments. You will build and mentor a high-performing team from the ground up while driving excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive at solving problems, elevating processes, and making a measurable impact every day, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementPlan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities across fabrication, machine shop, sheet metal, and press operationsEnsure work orders are completed on time, within budget, and according to specificationsTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure all setups and products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standardsEnsure adherence to safety policies, procedures, ISO and OSHA regulationsIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)Coordinate and communicate with all supporting departmentsTeam LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor operators, machinists, fabricators, and press operatorsPromote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvementEquipment & MaterialsMonitor equipment performance (CNC machines, presses, fabrication tools, waterjet, etc.)Oversee use of raw materials (steel, aluminum, sheet metal, etc.)Ensure proper material handling and storage proceduresQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferredExperience5+ years of experience in fabrication, machining, sheet metal, or press operations2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferredExperience with CNC machining, welding, stamping, and forming processesSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, forming)Understanding of machining operations (CNC, manual mills, lathes)Familiarity with press operations and toolingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProblem-solving and decision-making abilityKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in ERP systems and basic computer applicationsWhy Join APC?At Alloy Products Corp., we are a close-knit, family-oriented company that takes pride in seeing our employees grow and succeed.
