Document Controller
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Coordinator to support the organization and management of critical engineering documents and records. This role is essential in maintaining data accuracy, improving document processes, and ensuring records are properly stored, tracked, and accessible across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize physical and electronic engineering recordsUpload, track, and manage documents within systems such as SharePoint and Office 365Ensure all records follow proper naming conventions, retention policies, and documentation standardsSupport the transition and organization of data into centralized systemsCoordinate offsite storage, including inventory tracking, retrieval, and archiving of recordsIndex, label, and manage large volumes of incoming documentationPerform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systemsPartner with internal teams to support document requests and ensure efficient information flowAssist with departmental projects and process improvementsRequirements2+ years of experience in an administrative, records management, or office support roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
