SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Succession & Development) | Remote EuropeWe are currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Succession & Development (S&D) for a high-impact, fast-start engagement.This role begins with a 5-day assessment workshop, with strong potential for a long-term contract.Role OverviewLocation: Europe (Remote)Start: ASAPInitial Engagement: 5-day workshop (extension likely) Key Responsibilities• Conduct a 5-day system assessment and validation of current setup • Lead configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors Succession & Development modules • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Provide hands-on advisory to senior stakeholders • Ensure smooth integration of S&D processes within HCM landscapeKey Requirements• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Deep expertise in Succession & Development module • Proven experience delivering in large-scale HCM environments • Strong technical delivery and configuration experience • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Available to start immediatelyNice to Have• Experience in fast-paced or urgent project environments • Experience in digital transformation programs
