HR Assistant

HR AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position will assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Support special HR projects and additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 13 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Experience with HRIS systems or applicant tracking systems Previous experience supporting HR or recruiting teams Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
