Testing & Tooling Supervisor

We are seeking a Testing & Tooling Supervisor to manage and direct all activities related to crimping, testing, and tooling within our production facility. Primary Duties: Provide leadership and guidance to the team members responsible for testing, crimping, and tooling tasks. Maintain oversight of all measurement devices, presses, crimping tools, cutting machinery, fixtures, and testing apparatus. Coordinate the upkeep, calibration, and repair schedules to ensure all machinery is fully operational. Create and document formal procedures and operational guidelines for crimping, cutting, and testing workflows. Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining test durations while maintaining high quality standards. Facilitate the shift from manual crimping methods to more efficient automated systems. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by proactively identifying and mitigating production hazards. Qualifications: An Engineering degree or a comparable level of professional experience. A minimum of three to five years spent in a leadership role within a testing or tooling setting. Background in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for those with electrical assembly expertise. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, analyze data, lead teams, and communicate effectively.
