You’ll follow clear specifications and SOPs while keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently. As a key part of the shift team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in driving strong machine performance and delivering great results.Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM to 3:30PMWhat You Will DoAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others tooRun the machine and watch the process and if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required. Order and prepare raw materials / or products for palletizing and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machineMaintain an optimal housekeeping situationSupport others in operating activities Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting or blocking if necessaryComplete all required documentation and data files during productionWho You AreHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.Basic knowledge of equipmentExposure to operating basic machinery, handling tools, or performing simple tasks on a production line is beneficial.Skills: Basic math/literacyComputer basicsProblem‑solvingCommunicationTeamworkDetail‑orientedAction‑drivenFlexibleSafety‑mindedWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
