QualificationsMS Office experience with the ability to utilize Word, Excel, Access, and Power PointTrouble Shooting Experience with Structured Cabling and/or SMB Phone SystemsValid Drivers License and Reliable TransportationAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screenAbility to work Full Time or Over Time any hours necessarySome overnight travel is requiredDuties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain system documentation and departmental proceduresPulling/Terminating/Testing of Low Voltage Cabling (CAT 5/5e/6/6a and Fiber Optics)Installing J Hooks, Dressing Cable, or Building Racks Dressing Communication Closets / Patch Panels or Punching 66 and/or 110 BlocksTerminating Phone or Data Jacks (RJ45, RJ6, RJ11, etc.)Servicing T-1’s and other Phone Lines Phone Systems (PBX-Key Systems (Avaya/Nortel/NEC)Conducting Customer Walk-Through’s/Site SurveysTrouble Shooting Experience with Structured Cabling and/or SMB Phone SystemsValid Drivers License and Reliable TransportationAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screenAbility to work Full Time or Over Time any hours necessaryWorking ConditionsWork is performed in both an office setting as well as in the field.The office is a temperature controlled environment.The field conditions will vary depending upon the project/work being done.Standards of PerformanceGood internal and external customer satisfaction – zero complaintsGood work attendanceExcellent communication skillsConsistency and reliability
