EnableComp is a multi-year recipient the Top Workplaces award and was recognized as Black Book's #1 Specialty Revenue Cycle Management Solution provider in 2024 and is among the top one percent of companies to make the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States for the last eleven years. Position SummaryThe Data Analyst responsibilities will include but not limited to quantitative analysis and predictive modeling of healthcare data to provide management with statistical findings and conclusions.  The ideal candidate should be able to develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact-based decisions and proactively implement process improvements through analysis of claim and operational data.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to transform complex datasets into executive-level summaries, and communicate findings clearly and succinctlyManaging multiple projects and deadlines so you will need excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlinesDemonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills; strong understanding of analytics results, as well as the ability to identify a problem and develop and execute new solutions to obtain resultsEffectively communicate results to key stakeholders and policy makers; communication of results include clean and well-organized presentations to reflect analytic methods used and to illustrate key decision points with sufficient detail to support comprehension and replication of the analysisData responsibilities include identifying necessary data elements to build measures, querying data to limit large data sets, joining tables to build analytic views, other data prep, and documentation of process and results; working with external data management team to receive, load, and analyze new dataAbility to communicate with BA and IT to understand requirements, socialize ideas among peers and document work productSolid hands-on experience and knowledge of database conceptsAbility to work independently given minimal directionExceptional attention to detail and work product validation, as well as the ability to step back and see the big pictureOther duties as requiredRequirements and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree2+ years’ experience with analytics, reporting, and relational databases2 years’ experience working in a healthcare, SaaS or other similar environmentExpertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL ServerFamiliarity with healthcare terminology such as diagnosis code, CPT, claim ID, DRG, inpatient, outpatient, etcExperience with BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)Experience with statistical models and predictive analyticsEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredMust have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Regular and predictable attendanceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsSpecial Considerations and PrerequisitesStrong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex analytic results to an audience of varying levels of technical understanding requiredExceptional attention to detail and work product validationStrong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skillsStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbalOwnership of body of workEnableComp is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
