Ebara Module AssemblyWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pump Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting industrial pumps and related components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble pumps, subassemblies, and components using hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsInstall seals, bearings, gaskets, impellers, and other pump componentsPerform torqueing, alignment, and fitting of mechanical partsConduct basic testing and inspection of assembled units for quality and functionalityIdentify and report defects, inconsistencies, or assembly issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area following safety standardsFollow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and production schedulesQualificationsPrevious experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instrumentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic math and problem-solving skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsFrequent standing, bending, and repetitive hand movementsComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with pumps, motors, or rotating equipmentFamiliarity with torque specifications and precision measurementsKnowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
