Responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial histories and risk assessmentsProvide individual, group, and family therapy, including offense-specific treatment when appropriateDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progressUtilize cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions, including relapse prevention strategiesIdentify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reportsCollaborate closely with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultationsCommunicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as neededSupport development of aftercare and discharge planningStrong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentationAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based, residential treatment settingExcellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsThis role includes one scheduled evening per week (7–9 PM) to support treatment services or staff consultation.QualificationsLicense eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist) master's degree (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldActive Driver's license issued from the state of your current residence
