MES Program Manager / SME

Note: 2–3 times during the project may be required.Key Requirements:10+ years of experience in MES implementation/program management within discrete manufacturing.Strong hands-on expertise with Siemens Opcenter.Proven experience leading global, multi-site MES rollouts.Strong understanding of MES strategy, roadmap, governance, and deployment.Experience coordinating Business, Plant, IT, OT, and System Integrator teams.Strong program management skills across budget, schedule, risks, vendors, and delivery.Experience driving manufacturing process standardization and digital transformation.
