Montana Licensed In-house Counsel

A company is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support for Real Estate and Development, including lease negotiations and risk assessments Partner with HR on employment law matters and develop related policies and training Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Admitted to and in good standing with the Montana State Bar Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate/business law, preferably in retail Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial real estate law, and employment law Experience managing litigation and working with outside counsel is preferred
