We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated and adaptable inside sales intern who will support our sales team.PositionThe Inside Sale Intern will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and coordination with outside sales representatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team. This role will be anywhere from May 2026 to September 2026 (can be flexible based off school schedule).ResponsibilitiesResearch and generate lists of potential customersBuilding a database of sports teams, leagues and organizationsMake contact with and qualify potential customers. I.E. Intramural sports programs, Sports complexes, training facilities, etc.Learn and apply sales techniquesMaintain sales recordsLoading leads into CRM (Customer relationship management) softwareRequirementsSales, Sports or Business Management majorCollege-aged (Junior/Senior) with team sports (Football, Baseball, Basketball, etc.) background3.0 GPA or higherExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment in sporting goodsInterested in learning all aspects of business operations.Entrepreneurial SpiritExperience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferredBenefits/KnowledgeWork on increasingly challenging and engaging projectsGain hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnelCollaborate with experienced sales professionalsWork closely with an experienced mentorAttend meetings, events, and other networking opportunities
