Role OverviewFashion brand SELKIE is seeking an Office Manager & Executive Support role is a highly trusted, detail-driven position responsible for ensuring seamless daily office operations while providing dedicated executive support to the Creative Director. This role acts as a central connective force across teams, vendors, and leadership—balancing operational rigor with discretion, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.Office Operations & ComplianceOpen and close the office daily; manage access, security, and general readinessOversee janitorial services, cyc wall maintenance, water service, and office vendorsMaintain compliance with fire, health, and safety regulationsOrganize and maintain compliance documentation for inspections and auditsEnsure the office environment is clean, organized, stocked, and operational at all timesEvent & Meeting CoordinationSupport fittings, merchandising meetings, and photoshoots with catering and logisticsManage setup and breakdown for meetings, internal events, and special activationsCoordinate VIP courier services and time-sensitive deliveriesSupport sample sales and event-day execution logisticsExecutive & Personal Support (Creative Director)Serve as day-to-day executive assistant to the Creative DirectorManage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting prioritiesCoordinate errands, deliveries, and special ordersDraft, proof, and organize communications, agendas, notes, and recapsArrange travel and manage changes in real timeTrack gifts, thank-yous, and VIP RSVPsManage reimbursements and ensure accurate expense codingBuild micro-timelines and coordinate vendors for projects, shoots, and showsFinance & AdministrationTrack office budgets and expensesSubmit expense reports and process vendor invoicesEnsure financial documentation is accurate and submitted on timeCross-Departmental LiaisonAct as a bridge between Design, Production, E-Commerce, and Office OperationsProactively anticipate needs and remove blockers for the Creative DirectorMaintain a running list of open action items and ensure follow-through to completionKey Skills & AttributesExceptionally organized and detail-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, polished, and discreetAble to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentMaintains confidentiality and executive poiseStrong problem-solving skills with consistent follow-throughPay - this role is $24/hr, full-time
