Role Description We are hiring a full-time Small to Medium Business Account Executive to join our team on-site in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet the connectivity needs of small to medium businesses. You will oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery. Qualifications Strong sales, account management, and relationship-building skillsAbility to effectively communicate, present solutions, and negotiateProficiency in identifying business opportunities and creating tailored solutionsExperience working with SMBs or in the telecommunications industry is an advantageProven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and targetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environmentProficiency with CRM tools and software for tracking sales activitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in Business or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY
