Certified Lifeguard (Red Cross Certified) Part-Time/Seasonal (Immediate Start Available) Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Facility is seeking responsible, reliable, Red Cross Certified Lifeguards to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about water safety and community service. Qualified applicants can begin working immediately. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of all patrons by actively monitoring the aquatic facility Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations in a professional manner Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Maintain a clean and safe pool environment Participate in regular in-service trainings and safety drills Must hold: A current, valid Red Cross Lifeguard Certification CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification (must be current) Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
