Whether it's developing new and exclusive costumes, quality testing products, or implementing technology solutions, our teams understand the value of working collaboratively to embrace change through innovation, curiosity, and thoughtfulness.ResponsibilitiesConduct and resolve internal investigations effectively and in an efficient mannerProvide guidance and develop relationships with our business partners on Loss Prevention, safety and compliance issuesAnalyze and review Agilence Exception reports to identify internal theft concernsEnsure that areas of responsibility are in compliance with KPI Alerts and Moving Target programConduct store visit audits to ensure compliance on Loss Prevention policies and quickly address any issues identifiedQualificationsAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-Year College or technical school; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and OutlookWicklander and Zulawski Interviewing Skills Course CompletionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel extensivelyAnalytical, accounting and customer service skillsMust possess and maintain a valid Drivers' licenseThe pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.Pay Range$1,800 per week
