Your Role & Impact As Associate Director of Nursing, youll support the Director of Nursing in leading and managing nursing services across our organization. Youll supervise staff, implement team-based care models, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Youll also coordinate training and education programs and serve as acting DON when needed. What Were Looking For Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited programCurrent California State Board RN license3 years of clinical nursing experience in outpatient or ambulatory care35 years of supervisory experienceStrong leadership and team development skillsProficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA drivers license and insurance requiredBonus: Masters degree in nursing administration, education, or health leadership; community clinic experience; bilingual (English/Spanish); knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, and EHR In-Basket functionsWhy Join Us Were a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
