Strong people skills, good English, no one shy.Infra Project Management ExperienceSecondary Skills - Nice to HavesJob DescriptionThe Project Manager is accountable for leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budget, and in accordance with defined scope and PMO governance standards.Required Experience7+ years of hands-on experience managing complex IT projects in an enterprise environmentDemonstrated success delivering projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and vendorsExperience operating within a formal PMO governance model with strong financial, risk, and change controlsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using approved PMO toolsCoordinate cross-functional IT and business teams, including external service providersProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in alignment with PMO standardsTrack and drive completion of all project tasks, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful outcomesEnsure all changes are documented, reviewed, approved, and baselined through established governance processesOversee project financials including forecasts, actuals, and variance managementEnsure project quality standards are met and deliverables are acceptedTools & MethodologiesStrong working knowledge of IT Service Management and PPM tools, including:ServiceNow Portfolio / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)JIRAAha!Spira (or equivalent ALM tools)Experience delivering projects using Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies, including SAFe environmentsStakeholder Communication & ReportingProvide clear, concise, and timely project status reporting to stakeholders at all levelsPrepare and deliver executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentationsAct as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and communicationsDocumentation & Operational HandoffEnsure all required project documentation is created, maintained, and archived in accordance with PMO and audit standardsDrive a structured operational handoff, including knowledge transfer and formal project closure activities"
