Bridge Engineer - Senior & Junior PositionsWidmer Engineering Inc. - Beaver Falls, PAOur Client is a respected civil and structural engineering firm based in Beaver Falls, PA, is currently seeking two talented Bridge Engineers to join our growing team. These are full-time, direct-hire roles offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.We are looking to hire a Senior Bridge Engineer first, with the intention of having this individual involved in the hiring and mentorship of the Junior Bridge Engineer. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, and experienced in working on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PADOT) projects.Positions 2: Junior and Senior Bridge EngineersTarget Experience:3-5+ years of Bridge Design ExperiencePADOT/PennDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation) project experience is requiredExperience Developing project plans, specifications, and bid packagesAbility to lead bridge inspections is a plusAASHTO LRFD (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials' Load and Resistance Factor Design) is a plusCBSI or Fracture Critical Inspection Certification a plusPennsylvania PE License is a plusEngineer in Training (EIT) Certification is a plusCertified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) or Fracture Critical Inspection Certification is a plusBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree Responsibilities:Assist in the design and analysis of bridge structuresPrepare technical reports, drawings, and construction documentsSupport the development of project schedules and budgetsCollaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teamsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $65,000 - $120,000/year, depending on experienceHealth, Life, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and 7 Paid HolidaysEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Additional Information:These are direct-hire positions; sponsorship is not available.Availability for hybrid/remote work within Pennsylvania is considered for senior candidates.#LI-BF1
