We’re looking for new teammates that are positive, love supporting their colleagues, and want to have the opportunity to spread their wings when the opportunity presents itself.Location: Los Angeles | Remote OptionsHours: Full-Time or ContractorStart Date: ImmediateResponsibilitiesThe Mobile Developer is responsible for mobile application development supporting business objectives while sharing a point of view in software development lifecycle phases from concept and design to testingThe primary function of this role is to develop, support, and maintain industry-leading mobile app platformsPerform hands-on coding and assist in architecting solutionsServe as liaison to internal business, products, design, and other engineering areasDevelop, test, and maintain native SDK used on iOS and Android mobile platformsLead the technical delivery of application features targeting the React Native platformDeliver clean, DRY, well-tested code, and meet project deadlinesEngage in code reviews with colleagues to review, analyze, improve, and instruct coding skillsBuild pixel-perfect smooth UIs across both mobile platformsUse native APIs for deep integrations with both platformsWork with product, design, other engineering teams, and QA on defining and implementing new insightsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to othersWrite automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest qualityDiagnose and troubleshoot performance and other issuesKeep up to date on the latest industry trends and mobile technologiesAdapt to current Google Play Store updates and iOS/Xcode updatesQualifications5+ years building mobile appsMastery of the iOS Frameworks and Swift (with a working knowledge of Objective C)Mastery of designing solutions; simple, clear, and flexible without being over-designedA deep care for quality; from user experiences to variables and functions namingExperience building one or more apps, over a multi-year period, where you were one of the main developersGreat awareness of Object-Oriented Programing, design patterns, algorithms, and data structuresA developed, intuitive, understanding about mobile development, its constraints, and pattern to overcome themWell organized, attentive to details, and communicates wellExperience with NodeJS to help handle the back-end side of the applicationsTechnological StackJavascriptReact.JSReact NativeReact/GraphQLNodeJSNative ApplicationsiOSCocoapodsObjective-CSwiftAndroidJavaKotlin
