In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Workday reporting solutions, driving analytics strategy, and ensuring data integrity across financial systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact reporting that supports business decision-making.Location StrategyFirst Preference: Candidate located in Austin. Five days onsite at the Austin office. No hybrid schedule for local Preference: Remote candidate located in the Central time zone. Must work Central time-zone hours (if sending remote consultants then make sure they have Workday financials reporting certifications).Must-Have SkillsFour to six years of Workday financial reporting experience. Must have developed financial reports specifically within Workday. Must understand accounting and finance concepts and principles.Workday certification. The intake identifies Workday certification as a required qualification. Candidate should have hands-on Workday configuration experience, not only report-writing exposure.Reporting and analytical capability. Advanced Excel skills. Experience processing large, multidimensional datasets from multiple sources. Ability to analyze, test, validate, and communicate findings.Workday Finance configuration knowledge. Worktags.
